are accepting pictures through August 31st, 2008. All proceeds
from the calendar submission and the sale of the finished
calendar are used to help the animals that come to CMHS in
need. These calendars will be available online and in the
shelter. So don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to
have your furry friend(s) be a pin-up!

Photo
Guidelines:
High quality digital images of adopted animals from CMHS only.
Digital photos must meet the following requirements:
• 150-300 DPI minimum
• 1725 X 1350 resolution minimum
• Scanned photos must meet same DPI/Resolution requirements
as digital.
• Actual photos no smaller than 4x6 maybe dropped off at
the CMHS – please included a self addressed envelope
if photo needs to be returned
• Pet should be wearing a collar and/or a harness. Exceptions
are made for pictures of pocket type pets i.e. hamsters, reptiles
and such. |
Criteria
for Selection:
• Adopted animals from CMHS only (Rescue Organizations
who have pulled animals are also eligible.)
• Clear, focused pictures with good contrast (sharp, clean
edges; not blurry or dark)
• Colorful background (flowers, beach, forest, snow, tapestries,
flags, parks, etc.)
• NO people included in photos
• NO "red/blue flash" eyes
• Color photos (exceptional black and white photos may
be accepted)
• Nice friendly expression
• Horizontal/Landscape photos preferred (exceptional vertical
photos will be accepted)
